Launch of the WoMent mentoring program

The IBMCP is participating alongside other Valencian CSIC centers in the WoMent mentoring program, which aims to support young women researchers during the final years of their PhD. This project enables them to connect with experienced scientists who can provide personal and professional guidance. In addition to our Equality Committee’s active role in organization, our center is contributing 4 mentees and 8 mentors for this first edition.
