IBMCP in Figures

This 8M, International Women’s Day, the Equality Committee is presenting gender distribution data across different IBMCP groups collected over recent weeks. The data shows that despite women being the majority of the staff, only a small number reach the final stages of the scientific career. We are beginning to seek strategies to promote female leadership and reverse the classic “scissor” trend that affects most research centers.
