Manuel Rodríguez-Concepción, a researcher at the Institute of Plant Molecular and Cellular Biology (IBMCP, UPV-CSIC), has been selected as the winner of the 4th edition of the Margarita Salas Medal awarded by the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC).
This award recognises the best track record in supervising research staff and highlights the work carried out by Rodríguez-Concepción in training, supporting and guiding new generations of researchers.
The Margarita Salas Medal recognises an essential aspect of scientific activity: the ability not only to generate knowledge, but also to nurture talent, foster research careers and contribute to the consolidation of scientific teams.
